Story Time Yoga

Yoga fun for the little ones in your life! We make story books come alive using our own physical bodies and imaginations. Incorporating body awareness, strength and balance into little people's regular activities helps them develop not only physically, but mentally and emotionally. Breathing techniques and physical poses help children tune into their responses to external and internal stimuli helping them build a foundation for physical wellness, emotional regulation and self control.

This is NOT a grown-up practice, though adults are welcome to join in. This practice will not be serene and meditative. It will be wiggly, silly, a bit chaotic and probably loud.

Library

Join us for story time yoga at the library at least once a month, most months of the year. These sessions are free and open to the public!

Birthday Paries

Make your special celebrations extra special with story time yoga! Sessions last about 30 minutes. We will bring two picture books to practice along with. Themes can include animals, dragons, seasons and more. Reach out to Liz to schedule your party today!
